Not being a "car" person myself, it's sometimes difficult to confidently find a good quality car at a decent price but I was very happy with my recent purchase. There was a good range of low mileage cars to look at and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, without any pressure to buy. Whilst I'm hoping that my recent purchase will last me for a good few years, I'd be very happy to return the next time I need a car.

I managed to drive down to MBML after a recommendation from my dad. When I arrived I was met by Jiles of whom allowed me to test Drive a Citroen DS3 & Vauxhall Astra. All cars displayed were of an exceptional quality and Jiles was extremely clear around the cars history. Once I had purchase the Astra Jiles and Tom both offered to deliver the car to my home out of hours or a time that suited me of which they did and followed through. I love the car and loved the experience and would highly recommend to a friend of family! Thank you Tom & Jiles.

All my questions were answered in a swift and friendly manner regarding purchasing a new car. Tom was very transparent about anything that may have impacted the car's value. As a woman, it can be hard to find respect in the car buying industry but Tom was incredibly respectful - I'd regard Medway Marina as a female friendly service (this insight is after visiting 5 other dealers who would just turn to my male partner and talk to him directly about all queries even when I asked the questions and when I am the one buying a car!!) There were a few things that I asked if Tom could adjust on the car and he did this with no extra fee. He certainly went the extra mile. Smooth transaction and the car has held up with no problems a month in. 100% recommend.

Buying my first car, I'd been warned about how careful I had to be buying a second hand car, but from the first call to ask about the availability of the Citigo, I knew I was in safe hands. Tom is a great, great guy, genuine, down to earth, and I left feeling I'd made a new friend. I was able to freely take the car for a test drive, got a fresh MOT and the whole process was incredibly smooth. I am financing the car, and although I might not particularly be the most ideal candidate, it got sorted pretty quickly and I was able to drive away with a big grin. Couldn't recommend Medway Bridge Marina more if you're thinking of buying a car! If you do get a car from here, have a celebratory burger from the truck next door - won't disappoint.

I would definitely recommend buying a car from Medway bridge marina,I was treated very fairly and when I showed an interest wasn’t pressurised into buying it but was given a thorough tour of the car and all questions were answered in detail to put my mind at rest.The purchase was quick and didn’t drag on as I’ve experienced in the past with the salesman trying to sell various insurance policies and overall very happy and definitely worth taking a look if you’re on the look out for a good quality used car.10/10

Great customer service experience from start to finish. Professional, honest, reliable and felt this was no typical car sales company. The vehicle I was interested in was in great condition and had all the relevant paperwork to support the care of its history. There was no pressure in the sale and I also received great advice to make sure this was the right car for me. A follow up call was received the next day to ensure the husband and I were happy with the purchase, which I think adds great value to the customer service. What a great experience! The owner was very professional, honest and reliable, staff are welcoming and polite, i was able to view after work, my 'New' car is amazing, very clean, all paperwork provided, checks were already done.
